Nathan’s Camping Pancake Smash Session

This handsome little guy came to see me in the studio recently to celebrate his first birthday.  And instead of a traditional cake smash, we did a pancake smash! It was the perfect touch to the camping theme we did – which has become one of my new favorites! ♥ Mom brought the pancakes, the cast iron pan, and, of course, the adorable baby boy – and I provided the rest!

Nathan didn’t end up eating many of the pancakes, but he still had a blast taking the pancakes out of the cast iron pan! I mean, what fun is a cake smash session if you can’t make a mess? Ha!

And just look at that amazing smile! Isn’t he such a cutie? ♥
