Baby Model Session

• This session is for specific marketing purposes and only the subject needed for the model call will be photographed.

• The styling of your session (backdrops, props, and clothing) is chosen by Simply Corey Photography and no requests for additional shots may be made.

• All participants must be symptom-free at least 48 hours in advance without having a fever in the past 5 days. Simply Corey Photography is not responsible for any health concerns or illnesses that may arise due to participation in this session.

• You know your baby best, so you are responsible for scheduling your session when they will be happiest, avoiding naps and meal times, as well as vaccinations.

• Re-shoots are not available for modeling sessions.

• Please be on time for your session. Some days I have multiple sessions and the time may come out of your allotted appointment if you are late.

• No taking pictures of your own during your session. This includes cell phone photos.

• Please keep the number of people attending your session to a minimum.

• Please do not allow your child to run around and touch lighting equipment, backdrops, studio sets, etc.

• You will view your session's images on a 5-day online gallery, approximately 2 weeks after your session. I will email you when your gallery is ready to confirm the start date that works best for you.

• If your gallery expires, an extension may be purchased for $25 per day.

• You are not permitted to edit or alter photos from Simply Corey Photography in any way other than cropping.

• Digital negatives will be archived and guaranteed for 90 days from your session date. Be sure to backup all digital images you are given for safekeeping.

• When sharing images from your session on social media, please tag Simply Corey Photography.

Any images produced during your session are the property and copyright of Corey Farrar and Simply Corey Photography. Simply Corey Photography reserves the right to use them to promote Simply Corey Photography including, but not limited to, blog entries, website galleries, social media posts, and/or any other advertising or competition purposes. All images from your session are treated with the utmost respect, and names will not be posted or shared publicly online.

The images from this session may also be used commercially by vendors Simply Corey Photography collaborates with to market and promote the products your child are modeling. This includes, but is not limited to, e-commerce websites, Etsy, social media posts, and/or any other advertising purposes.

All images are property of Corey Farrar and Simply Corey Photography. It is illegal to copy, screenshot, download, or print images from your gallery without permission. It is also unlawful to edit or alter your purchased digital images in any way besides cropping.

Your digital images may not be entered into contests, sold to a third party or used commercially by you in any format, digital, printed or otherwise. Images from your session may not be used in any form other than private usage without express written permission from the copyright owner, Simply Corey Photography.
