POLICIES

• The $150 balance is due on the day of your session. I can send you an invoice reminder to pay online or you may pay by cash before you leave your session.

• Editing your images does not start until your balance is paid in full and cleared.

• Your Santa Mini Session includes up to 15 minutes of session time. Please be on time for your session. The time will come out of your allotted appointment if you are late.

• Your mini-session comes with 5 digital images of your choice. Additional images may be purchased separately when you view your gallery.

• Simply Corey Photography is not responsible for any health concerns or illnesses that may arise due to participation in this session.

• All participants must be symptom-free at least 48 hours in advance without having a fever in the past 5 days.

• Session retainers are non-refundable but may be put toward another session if you need to cancel.

• You know your child best, so you are responsible for avoiding nap and meal times when scheduling so your child will be happiest.

• No cameras permitted during your session, including cell phones.

• Please keep the number of people attending your session to a minimum.

• Please do not allow your child to run around and touch camera or lighting equipment, backdrops, studio sets, etc.

• You will view your session's images on a 5-day online gallery, approximately 10-14 days after your session. I will email you when your gallery is ready to confirm the start date that works best for you.

• If your gallery expires, an extension may be purchased for $25 per day.

• Ordered digital images will be delivered electronically within 3 business days.

• Your session's images will be archived and guaranteed for 90 days from your order date. Please backup any purchased digital images for safekeeping.

• Due to the custom nature of the products offered, all sales are final. *

Any images produced during your session are the property and copyright of Corey Farrar and Simply Corey Photography. Simply Corey Photography reserves the right to use them to promote Simply Corey Photography including, but not limited to, blog entries, website galleries, social media posts, and/or any other advertising or competition purposes. All images from your session are treated with the utmost respect.

It is also unlawful to edit or alter your purchased digital images in any way besides cropping.

Images from your session may not be used in any form other than private usage without express written permission from the copyright owner, Simply Corey Photography.
