POLICIES

• The balance is due the day of your session and I will send you an invoice to pay online.

• Editing of your images does not start until your balance is paid in full and has cleared.

• On-Location Sessions include up to 90 minutes of session time and 20 digital images of your choice. Additional images may be purchased separately.

• Simply Corey Photography is not responsible for any health concerns or illnesses that may arise due to participation in this session. All participants must be symptom-free at least 48 hours in advance without having a fever in the past 5 days.

• You know your children best, so you are responsible for scheduling your session to avoid nap and meal times, as well as vaccinations or anything else that can make them cranky, so they will be in the best mood.

• Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge due to illness or urgent personal circumstances, but please be courteous and let me know ASAP.

• Re-shoots are done only at the discretion of the photographer and are not given for regretful personal choices (i.e. hair, clothes, etc.), or how anyone in your family was cooperating. Fees apply for re-shoots requested by the client.

• No cameras permitted during your session, including cell phones.

• You will view your session's images on a 5-day online gallery, approximately 2 weeks after your session. I will email you when your gallery is ready to confirm the start date that works best for you.

• If your gallery expires, an extension may be purchased for $25 per day.

• All sessions and additional orders are subject to 7% sales tax.

• Ordered digital images will be delivered electronically within 3 business days.

• Print and product orders will be mailed approximately 2 weeks from the day your payment has cleared.

• Your session's images will be archived and guaranteed for 90 days from your order date. Please backup any purchased digital images for safekeeping.

• Due to the custom nature of the products offered, all sales are final.
