POLICIES

PAYMENT:

• Your Petite Newborn Session includes up to an hour of session time, the editing of your images, a private 5-day online gallery, and 10 digital images of your choice.

• A non-refundable retainer is due to reserve your session and the balance is required on the day of your session.

• Editing your images does not start until your balance is paid in full.

RESCHEDULING / ILLNESS:

• Simply Corey Photography is not responsible for any health concerns or illnesses that may arise due to participation in this session.

• All participants must be symptom-free at least 48 hours in advance without having a fever in the past 5 days.

• Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge due to illness or urgent personal circumstances, but please be courteous and let me know ASAP.

THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION:

• Please be on time for your session. The time will come out of your allotted appointment if you are late.

• No cameras permitted during your session, except for behind the scenes pictures. Please do not get in my way while I am photographing or take pictures of baby alone on my sets.

• Please keep the number of people attending your session to a minimum.

• Everyone should be respectful of the studio and props. Please do not touch the camera, lighting equipment, stored props, etc.

YOUR GALLERY:

• Your session comes with 10 digital images. Additional images may be purchased separately while viewing your gallery.

• You will view your session's images on a 5-day online gallery, approximately 2 weeks after your session. I will email you when your gallery is ready to confirm the start date that works best for you.

• If your gallery expires, an extension may be purchased for $25 per day.

ORDERS:

• All additional orders are subject to 7% sales tax.

• Ordered digital images will be delivered electronically within 3 business days and the download link will be available for one week. There is a $25 service fee to reupload your images.

• Print and product orders will be mailed approximately 2 weeks from the day your payment has cleared.

• Your session's images will be archived and guaranteed for 90 days from your order date. Please back up any purchased digital images for safekeeping.

• Due to the custom nature of the products offered, all sales are final.
