This little cutie celebrated his first birthday as Rookie of the Year on this adorable baseball themed studio set! We started off with some different props before the cake … and the mess!
I had the letterboard sign ready for him when he came and he loved my little ladder too!
I loved the personalized baseball jersey his mama had made for him! ♥
A few practice pitches with a baseball …
And then it was time for cake! A baseball cake at that!
Like most babies, Ethan had a wide variety of expressions from smiles to uncertainty when it came to smashing – and all were super cute!
He loved the wooden spoon I gave him!
The “crawl away” is one of my favorites to capture at the end of a cake smash … and so is the “splash”!
Not only does the tub help clean up after the cake smash, babies tend to love it just as much!
Another successful cake smash … and I think baby boy successfully got more cake on the floor than he did on himself! Ha!
