** By booking your Baby's First Christmas Mini Session, you are letting me know you have read all of the following session information and agree to all of the terms listed:
WHEN:
• Select weekdays in November & December; contact me for availability
• By appointment only
WHERE:
• Located between Douglasville and Carrollton, near St. Andrews Golf Club
FOR WHO:
• Babies: 3 months up to 11 months ONLY
• Sibling and family photos are NOT included in these mini sessions due to the size of sets
COST: $225 + tax
• $75 (+ tax) non-refundable retainer, due to reserve your session
• $150 (+ tax) balance, due the day of your session (cash, check, or online invoice)
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
• Up to 15 minutes of session time with one of the holiday backdrops shown below
• Up to 5 digital images of your choice to download and print
• Approximately 15 images to choose from in a private 5-day online gallery
• Your ordered images uploaded to a lab I recommend for your convenience
• A small selection of outfits in the client closet to choose from (optional)
ADDITIONAL IMAGES:
• Additional individual images are $30 (+ tax) each
• 10 additional images are $200 (+ tax)
TURNAROUND TIME:
• Galleries will be ready in approximately 10 days
• Ordered digital images will be delivered electronically within 3 business days
IMPORTANT:
• Additional session details, such as directions, what to wear, what to expect, and how to prepare, will be emailed to you after your session is booked.
• Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a different session if you find you need to cancel for any reason.
• Your retainer will be forfeited if you do not show up to your session without any communication.
• Please take note of the location listed above and the distance you are willing to travel before booking your session. Refunds are not given for distance.
• Custom portrait sessions are available with more time, digital images, and heirloom products. Please contact me for details.
