This gorgeous mama made a last minute decision to have a maternity session last year – and I’m so glad I could fit her in! She didn’t think she wanted maternity photos … until her 37th week came around and she thought she might regret not having them later since she was pregnant with her first child. She was able to come for her portrait session just four days after she contacted me – at 38 weeks – and everything was just perfect. The weather, her sundress – everything! She was a natural in front of the camera and we had so much fun at her session! ♥
My country road is one of my favorite spots for portraits, but that day it was even more magical. That summer light mixed with a little dust kicked up from a passing vehicle was just perfect. Ha!
I’m sure an outdoor maternity session during the summer doesn’t sound so appealing when you’re nine months pregnant, but this mama rocked her session!
I love that she brought her baby girl’s name plate and ultrasound photo! ♥ We ended up using the wooden name plate in her newborn session – and I’ll be sharing that soon too!

Maternity sessions are available in the studio, at my private outdoor location, and on-location. I recommend you have your maternity session between the 30th and 36th week of your pregnancy.
Newborn sessions are available as studio studio sessions or in your metro Atlanta home. These sessions are best held when your new baby is between six days and three weeks old.
A variety of studio and outdoor portrait sessions for baby’s first year milestones are offered through age two. Discounts for multiple sessions throughout the year make it affordable!
